Halo Issue on Mac High Sierra

My system has the following specifications

QT Wallet, Client Wallet (and version) or Web wallet: Bitbay 3
Operating System and version: macOS High Sierra 10.13.3
If web wallet browser name and version:
If desktop wallet (Qt or Client) block # of your client and # of connections:

The problem I am having is … When I installed the Bitbay App it loaded and appeared to be working fine, although I am unsure if it finished Synchronizing.
Since my computer re-started I get the following Popup:


Also the Bitbay App becomes Unresponsive.
Please advise.

Hi, it seems like the background processes were still running and weren’t closed down correctly when the computer shut down.

If you go to Utilities > activity monitor and type ‘bit’ into the search on the top right of the window, you could possibly see two processes or more running called ‘bitmhalo’ and ‘bitbayd’. Force quit both processes if they are running (the cross button, top left), restart the Mac, and then try the client again. It should start fine now.
