Client not connecting/syncing

My system has the following specifications

QT Wallet, Client Wallet (and version) or Web wallet: Client 1.29
Operating System and version: PC/ Windows
If web wallet browser name and version:
If desktop wallet (Qt or Client) block # of your client and # of connections: N/A

Main issue: The client remains disconnected after opening, and won’t sync.

  • Internet connection is solid.
  • It does show the most recent items in Marketplace.
  • History tab shows 0 connections.
  • Tried adding more connections within bitbay.conf, but no change.
  • The sync bar remains stuck at 99%

Any thoughts?

if the block reported as the current block (compared with the explorer) I don’t think there is anything to worry about it might be just a glitch

but the only person that can answer this properly is david

Unfortunately, it is not even showing a block number, even though the sync bar is at 99%…

Have you tried doing a whole system restart and running it on its own for a while so to rule out a posibility of some other program intereferring with it ?
we should ask david to look into it

Hmm. It was restarted, but it’s only been running about 30 min.

It’s for @aletha’s client, testing out the new templates.

@dzimbeck Any ideas?

If history tab says “zero keys connected” then the account is not loaded. Load both keys. The history tab should saw “2 keys connected” when the account is loaded.
